The Pulse Blade is a Pilot Tactical in Titanfall 2. The blade is a modified throwing knife, designed to send out sonar pulses when embedded in objects. These pulses then identify enemies through any surface. When thrown at an enemy, the knife can deal massive damage, potentially one-shotting a target if placed correctly.

The R-201 Carbine is a Pilot Primary Weapon in Titanfall 2. The R-201 Carbine is an advanced rifle typically issued to both regular forces and Pilots on the battlefield. It lacks somewhat in range and stopping power at range, but it more than makes up for this in steady grouping even at distance and high rate of fire. This makes it a very formidable weapon indeed.

The V-47 Platline is a Pilot Primary Weapon in Titanfall 2. A high-powered assault rifle, it boasts an impressive rate of fire that can cut down enemies as effectively at range as when in close combat.

Jack Cooper[ | ]

Jack Cooper is the protagonist of the single-player campaign of Titanfall 2. A Pilot who is bound to a Titan against the wishes of command in Titanfall 2, he was once secretly trained by Captain Lastimosa. The Titan he is bound to, BT-7274, states that he voluntarily bound himself to Jack after the death of his former Pilot.

BT-7274
BT-7274, who is also referred to as "BT", is a Vanguard-class Titan featuring heavily in Titanfall 2's single player campaign. His pilot was killed in action; after this, he immediately bonded with Jack Cooper, who is his current pilot. He was interrogated by command for this bonding, which apparently violated several rules and practices.

The Frontier Militia is the unified forces of the Frontier Resistance in the world of Titanfall. The Militia is a resistance group made of homesteaders, criminals, and freedom fighters. Facing IMC oppression, frontier citizens have formed brigades of "freedom fighters" and "citizen soldiers", literally fighting for their home and safety. Due to the dire nature of the frontier war, many in the militia have accepted the fact that working with criminals and terrorists is an inescapable part of their predicament.

The IMC, or Interstellar Manufacturing Corporation, is a main faction in the world of Titanfall. A massive industrial conglomerate operating as a corporate military corporation, the IMC has deployed its fleets to the distant human colonies to exploit their resources and unify their fledgling power base. Beginning with small uprisings, and facing the loss of their home and livelihood, these colonies have banded together as the Frontier Militia, starting a massive civil war.

Ronin is one of nine new Titans in Titanfall 2. Ronin is a hit and run specialist. He can do a lot of damage in short bursts, but his fragility makes it suboptimal to stay in range for long. His speed, combined with Arc Wave’s ability to slow, gives him the tools to get into and out of any fight.

Scorch[ | ]

Scorch is one of nine new Titans in Titanfall 2. Short for “Scorched Earth”, Scorch’s primary offensive and defensive weapon is fire. Blunt and direct, Scorch can chain its abilities to force enemies out of cover, or trap them to deal maximum damage. Titanfall 2 producer Drew McCoy stated in an interview with Rolling Stone: "Scorch is all about fire and thermite, so he has a thermite launcher that's like a mortar launcher and the stuff it fires just burns when it lands. You can also throw out an incendiary gas canister to spew out flammable gas. You can combo that stuff together and get some really cool results. Scorch is big, he's slow, he's lumbering, he's more of a 'let me stay away and deal my damage from afar' kinda Titan."

Ion[ | ]

Ion is one of nine new Titans in Titanfall 2. Laser-focused, the Ion is all about power. With a central energy system that fuels all of its offensive and defensive abilities, the Ion is an effective, tactical force on The Frontier. Titanfall 2 producer Drew McCoy stated in an interview with Rolling Stone: "Ion is all about lasers, precision and resource management. So she's a completely different style of gameplay." Ion wears a shoulder-mounted laser, drops laser-triggered mines and can fire an oversized laser from the center of her chest."

Legion[ | ]

Legion is one of nine new Titans in Titanfall 2. Legion utilizes an assortment of ballistic abilities focusing on defense and control. This Titan was spotted in official promotional material from Respawn. At the time, whether it was a work in progress, a name placard, or something else spotted during the video, it was safe to assume at this time that Legion (along with Tone) is a new chassis. This assumption was proved correct when Respawn announced all the Titans in video form.

Tone is one of nine new Titans in Titanfall 2. Tone is about accurately laying waste to enemies both efficiently - and explosively.
 This Titan was spotted in official promotional material from Respawn. At the time, whether it was a work in progress, a name placard, or something else spotted during the video, it was safe to assume at this time that Tone (along with Legion) is a new chassis. This assumption was proved correct when Respawn announced all the Titans in video form.
